When we started working on Manipal Hospitals’ social media, there were 3 major challenges that we set out to address:
– Healthcare content is perceived as complex, scary, fear-inducing
– Too much clutter, lack of verified content in the space
– Improve brand equity and online reach through branded storytelling, shifting towards a more inclusive and positive brand image.
We listened to the client, analyzed the problem statement and then went to the people that we were trying to reach out to! Based on our conversations with people, we set out to change the game with positive, bite-size, easy-to-devour, drool-worthy content for healthcare!
