Our objective was to get users to become more vigilant and aware, and watch every move they make online or offline, so that they don’t fall prey to the traps set by these fraudsters. We planned a variety of campaigns that set the context and educated users about the umpteen number of frauds that are committed and some of the ways that one can identify, take action and stop it from happening. With a tune so catchy and a message so strong, we ideated the Na Ji earworm. Na Ji literally translates to no please and throughout the video, we are showcasing different fraud scenarios and urging people to say no to sharing their sensitive information with anyone. We reiterated the fact that Bajaj Finserv or its employees never ask anyone for their confidential information like their OTP, Passwords, Login ID and so on.
